Bert Jansch Guitar Workshops

Learn to play Bert Jansch’s special riffs, vamps, elements and iconic compositions

Workshop leaders including Jon Riley, Thomas Fairhurst and Dariush Kanani, key creators of Bert Transcribed: the Bert Jansch Songbook, give special insights into Bert’s influences as well as his idiosyncratic style. They provide study materials, special exercises and some of his most loved compositions. Players of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. It will be helpful if you can fingerpick and read tab or staff notation.
